If you haven’t used CBD oil before we recommend you start at 5% oil. Everybody is different and each of us finds different times of the day suit us best when taking CBD oil. No one-way suits all, so find what suits you best.
Gently squeezing the pipette, drop the CBD oil UNDER the tongue, hold for at least 90 seconds and then swallow.
Do not increase your dose for at least three weeks as CBD takes some time to build in your system. If you do wish to increase, do so slowly by one drop per day for one week and build up as required.
Once opened, keep the bottle upright and store in a cool dark place and use within 12 months of opening.
The FSA recommend that an adult does not take more than 70mg of CBD a day unless a doctor agrees more.
