Refund Policy

1. In the event of being unsatisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product for a full refund. Shipping is non-refundable.
2. The product must be unopened to receive a full refund as they cannot be re-used. Refunds are given at our discretion.
3. If the product arrives defective or damaged please email us with a photo.

Cancellations

In the instance that you wish to cancel an order that you have placed, you must contact us immediately to find out if the items have been dispatched or not. If they have been dispatched you will need to return the item in the same condition it was sent and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items. If the items have not been dispatched, before a cancellation request, our refund policy will apply.
If you have ordered a perishable item such as food, you may not be able to cancel for a refund.

Conditions of Use

1. Products sold by Hapi Hemp may cause sedation or stimulation. Do not drive or operate dangerous machinery if you feel tired after taking these products.
2. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
3. Products sold by Hapi Hemp may conflict with your prescription medications. Hapi Hemp does not recommend combining our CBD products with prescription medications until you are sure there will be no conflict. Hapi Hemp cannot be held accountable should a medication conflict occur. Always consult your doctor before taking any new product.
4. The recommended dosage refers to adults only.

Delivery Policy

UK orders over £20.00 are sent signed delivery 24 tracked and signed. Expected delivery time is 2-5 working days.
