If you had to make a list of superfoods then turmeric may just be at number one!
This comforting and soothing milk drink has been created by us and we regularly make this up when extra TLC is needed. This makes one mug of hot, dairy-free milk.
Ingredients
- 1 mug of hot dairy free milk, we like oat milk for this drink
but you can choose from Coconut, almond or soya milk. - 1-3 tsp honey
- 3 drops CBD oil
- 1/2 tspturmeric
- Black pepper
- Cinnamon
- Ginger
- Cacao/Dark choclate (Optional)
Method
This can be drank hot or cold.
- Blend together 1-3 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup, 3 drops of CBD oil, half a teaspoon of turmeric, a sprinkle of black pepper, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a sprinkle of ginger into a tablespoon of the milk.
- Then add in the hot milk and stir until blended.
- You can always sprinkle some dark chocolate or cacao on the top – sit back and enjoy!
