Delivery Policy
UK orders are sent via Evri. The expected delivery time is 2-3 working days. Hapi Hemp does not take responsibility for customs fees, customs delays and other customs problems. Hapi Hemp does not take responsibility for delivery times. We post all items promptly but local couriers determine a delivery time.
UK Shipping Costs
- For orders up to 1kg: £3.47
- For orders between 1kg and 2kg: £4.83
- For orders between 2kg and 5kg: £6.72
- For orders £100+: Free Shipping
You will not need to sign for your delivery but someone will need to be able to receive it. If you have provided your contact details you will receive notifications to track the progress of your order.

The delivery time frame for UK orders is 48 hours from the shipping date
Cancellation Policy
In the instance that you wish to cancel an order that you have placed, you must contact us immediately to find out if the items have been dispatched or not. If they have been dispatched you will need to return the item in the same condition it was sent and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items. If the items have not been dispatched, before a cancellation request, our refund policy will apply.
If you have ordered a perishable item such as food, you may not be able to cancel for a refund.
Refund Policy
If unsatisfied with the product’s quality, please get in touch with us by email within 7 days of receiving the product for a full refund. Shipping is non-refundable. The product must be unopened to receive a full refund as it cannot be re-used. Refunds are given at our discretion. If the product arrives defective or damaged please email us with a photo and we will issue a refund.
