There are some basic steps you can take to ensure you are buying from a safe and ethical CBD company.

Check they have a professional website – this may seem obvious, but you wouldn’t believe how many people buy a CBD product just through social media.
Social Media
Look at their social media presence and the comments they attract. Do they have a specific group in which you can ask for advice and opinions? hapihemp has a great CBD community group on Facebook where you can read CBD customers’ feedback and ask your own questions.
Professional Associations
Find out if the CBD company is a member of any professional associations like CANNAPRO.
Transparency
Are they transparent? It’s always good to see the people behind the business. We have had some great press at hapihemp, and we want to share our story as we are proud of it! One of our stories in the national press really put us on the map and you can read this here. Another important factor is the company details. They should have an address and contact number listed as well as being registered.
Lab Reports
Lab reports – non-negotiable! Always… always!! Check for full lab reports for all oral CBD products. If your area buying CBD oil, CBD gummies or CBD tea, make sure you can see a full lab report if needed.
