Why cold-pressed CBD Oil?
At hapihemp, we are very proud of our product range and quality. Our CBD oils were the first product we offered and hold a special place in our hearts.
We currently have a great selection of full-spectrum and THC-free broad spectrum, C02 extracted CBD oils available to choose from in varying flavours and we are hapi in the knowledge that these have been the best CBD oils available on the UK market.
We do like to stay ahead of the CBD market and are always on the lookout for the latest product that will meet the needs of our customers, as well as our safety standards, and this is what brought us to discover cold-pressed CBD oil.
The most common extraction methods used for CBD oil up until now have been C02 or solvent extraction. Solvent extraction is usually the cheapest way, meaning you can produce a lower-priced CBD oil, but the finished product’s quality is not as clean. C02 extraction has been considered the cleanest method to use and is why we choose this for our products, but however clean the product is, you do still lose some of the plant’s natural goodness (phytonutrients) in the heating process used as part of this method. It’s a bit like when you cook your veggies, they’re still really good for you but you do lose some of the nutrients.
To get cold-pressed CBD oil the cannabis plant is just simply pressed – an ancient technique – resulting in a raw oil that is pure and untouched and has maximum goodness! This ensures that you get the absolute maximum from this wonderful plant – just as mother nature always intended!
Why is our cold-pressed oil the best?
Because of the method used to produce cold-pressed CBD oil, it is common for this oil to have too much THC once it goes above a 5% strength (500mg of CBD per 10ml bottle) which meant we were restricted to what we could offer to our customers. It is difficult to produce a legal, higher strength, cold-pressed CBD oil without also increasing the level of THC and taking it over the UK legal limit. But we want to offer the best for our customers and don’t give up easily! We are delighted to say that, unlike other cold-pressed CBD oils, we are able to offer ours in higher strengths due to the protected, unique process our supplier uses before pressing the oil. Great news!
You will also be glad to know that our cold-pressed CBD oil is organic and is still mixed with organic MCT oil, just like all our other CBD oils are, meaning you still get a pleasant and mild flavour and remain assured that it passes all of our quality checks and is backed up with the full certification of a lab report.
Cold-pressed CBD oil really does tick all of our boxes and we think you will find it does the same for you. It is our opinion that cold-pressed CBD oil is the absolute best, most natural oil available on the market today and we are very hapi to be able to offer this wonderful oil to our customers.
We hope you love it as much as we do.
