How do I set up a subscription?
To set up a subscription, first, you need to create an account on our website. After you have created your account and signed in, when you go to purchase the products, you want to select the subscribe option. The option with the large font is the subscribe option. Pressing the sign up now button will add the item to your chart and set up a recurring payment. If you have an existing subscription, you can add new items to it.
Am I tied in for a certain time?
No, you can cancel at any point, however, that is the maximum number of times you can cancel. For example, you wouldn’t be able to cancel each month and then set it up again monthly!
When will I be charged?
You will be charged 1 month for your initial purchase date.
Will I be charged the discounted CBD subscription price each month?
You will be continually charged the amount you paid when you first sent up the subscription
Can I change my address details if I need to?
Yes, all you would need to do is email us at info@vzdsd.nimsite.uk with your amended details and we will get that changed for you.
How do I manage my subscription account?
To manage your subscription, you need to log in with the account you set the subscription on. At the top right of the website, there will be a ‘’My Account’’ option; you need to click on that. That will take you to your account page where there will be a menu on the left. Click on the subscription option on that menu and you can look at and manage any subscriptions you have from there.
