Ingredients
- One glass of cold sparking water
- A sprinkle of ginger powder or finely chopped fresh ginger
- 3 drops of mint CBD (natural is also ok)
- A sprinkle of dried fennel or fennel extract
- I chopped apple
- A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Method
- Combine the ginger, fennel and CBD oil, then stir gently into the sparkling water.
