Self-care is critical in these challenging and stressful times. Self-care September has actually been around for a long time but never before has there been such a time that we need to embrace it.

Self-care helps you take care of your mind, mind and spirit whilst promoting well-being and reducing stress. It will help you stay grounded, happy and calm during difficult times. 1 – Write down 5 things you are grateful for.

2 – Close your eyes and just breathe for 3 minutes.
