Chocolate Chip CBD Cookies

Ingredients

  • 450g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 225g white sugar
  • 225g brown sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 240g dairy free chocolate
    chips (or hapihemp CBD chocolate)
  • 225g dairy free butter alternative
  • 3 tsp CBD oil
  • 4 tbsp soy yoghurt
  • 2 tsp hot water
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Preheat the oven to 170C/fan 150C.

  1. Place the butter alternative mixed with CBD oil, yoghurt, brown sugar, and white sugar in a bowl and cream until smooth.
  2. Dissolve the baking powder into the hot water and then add it to the mixture alongside the salt. Then, slowly stir in the chocolate chips and the flour.
  3. Drop large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans then, then bake for about 10 minutes or until the edges start to turn a golden brown.

CBD Protein Bar

Superfood Protein CBD Bars

These delicious protein bars will satisfy those hunger and sugar cravings but are also healthy. Packed full of CBD and protein they will help you to stay full for longer and ensure that you are getting enough good food in your diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder
    (or plain protein and some cocoa powder)
  • 65g hemp seeds
  • 125g mixed nuts and seeds
  • 30g chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 25g dark chocolate, or our
    hapihemp Chocolate bar, chopped.
  • 20 dates, chopped
  • 4 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of CBD oil
  • 1 tbs nut butter
  • 59ml (2 oz) water

Method

Serves: 10

  1. Line a dish with greaseproof paper.
  2. Combine the chocolate protein powder, hemp seeds, mixed nuts and seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon and dark chocolate in a food processor and mix for ten seconds. Try not to blend for too long, as you still want it to be a little crispy and chunky. Set aside.
  3. Add the dates, coconut oil, nut butter, CBD oil and water to the blender and mix until fully combined. If the mixture is too stiff, gradually add more water to liquify it. The dates may not fully blend, but as long as this is all mixed well, it’s fine.
  4. Combine the wet mix with the previously set aside mixture in a large bowl, and combine it well.
  5. Pour the mix into your dish and spread evenly. It will not rise or change in size, so think about how thick you want the bars to be. Use a flat kitchen utensil to smooth out the top. If you want, add some more nuts and seeds to the top to make it look nice.
  6. Refrigerate for two-three hours, then chop into bars when it is solid.

CBD Peanut Butter Cup

Chocolate Peanut Butter CBD Cups

Ingredients

  • 340g dark chocolate
  • 7 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs CBD oil
  • 240g natural peanut butter,
    or other nut butter
  • 85g honey
  • hemp heart, for garnish (optional)

Method

You will need:
Muffin tin, or silicone molds, or mini paper liners

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and 5 tablespoons of coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
  2. Add the vanilla and CBD oil and stir until combined. The mixture should be smooth and pourable.
  3. Pour ½ of the chocolate mixture into the molds, enough to come about ⅓ of the way up the sides of each cup. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  4. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, and remaining two tablespoons coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and pourable.
  5. Pour the peanut butter mixture evenly over the chocolate layers in the molds. Make sure to leave enough room for the second layer of chocolate. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  6. Pour the remaining chocolate mixture evenly over the peanut butter layers in the molds, filling completely to the rim of each. Wipe off any excess that spills over the edges. If desired, sprinkle the cups with hemp hearts for added crunch.
  7. Freeze for 1 hour, until set, then pop out of the molds and enjoy!

(The cups will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one month.)

CBD Milk

This comforting and soothing milk drink has been created by us and we regularly make this up when extra TLC is needed. This makes one mug of hot, dairy-free milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 mug of hot dairy free milk, we like oat milk for this drink
    but you can choose from Coconut, almond or soya milk.
  • 1-3 tsp honey
  • 3 drops CBD oil
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • Black pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger
  • Cacao/Dark choclate (Optional)

Method

This can be drank hot or cold.

  1. Blend together 1-3 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup, 3 drops of CBD oil, half a teaspoon of turmeric, a sprinkle of black pepper, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a sprinkle of ginger into a tablespoon of the milk.
  2. Then add in the hot milk and stir until blended.
  3. You can always sprinkle some dark chocolate or cacao on the top – sit back and enjoy!

  • One glass of cold sparking water
  • A sprinkle of ginger powder or finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 3 drops of mint CBD (natural is also ok)
  • A sprinkle of dried fennel or fennel extract
  • I chopped apple
  • A squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Method

  1. Combine the ginger, fennel and CBD oil, then stir gently into the sparkling water.
  2. To finish, add the chopped apple and the squeeze of lemon juice.

CBD Mint Smoothie

Afternoon Mint hapi Smoothie

Mid-afternoon the dreaded 3pm slump. It’s been a while since lunch and it seems like hours until dinner. For many of us this this time of day has us all craving something!

We have created this mint hapi-smoothie to help you through the rest of the afternoon. It’s healthy, so there is no guilt about having this everyday of the week. The mint is refreshing and invigorating, and the cacao powder, or nibs, will give you an added natural boost.

  • 1 frozen banana
  • A handful of spinach – fresh or frozen.
  • 1 glass of dairy free milk – we like coconut in this smoothie
  • ½ an avocado
  • Handful of mint leaves
  • 3 drops of mint CBD oil (natural is ok too)
  • 1 tbs of cacao powder or nibs, plus more for garnish
  • Optional – if you have a sweet tooth you can also add some honey or maple syrup

Serves 1

  1. Place the banana, CBD oil, spinach, milk, avocado and mint leaves into a blender and blend until there are no clumps and the consistency is nice and thick.
  2. Add the cacao and blend quickly as this will add texture.
  3. Add some cacao to finish off and serve immediately.
